A network of coral-limestone galleries in the middle of the island, threaded by an underground stream that makes waterfalls and emerald pools. A small electric tram carries you through, past stalactites fused to stalagmites into columns several metres tall. The steady cool and damp make it a welcome break from the coastal heat.
