📖History & Curiosities
An emerald glacial lake with an island in the middle, a church with a bell tower on the island, and above it all a castle clinging to a 130-metre crag. You cross in a pletna, the traditional rowed boat, and on the island you ring the wishing bell. The shore path is six kilometres; the cafés serve kremšnita, the custard-and-cream square invented here.
