From the street it is one more Qajar mosque, its pink tilework giving it the nickname. What brings people at dawn is the winter hall: stained glass catches the low sun and spills a carpet of red, blue and yellow light over the rugs and the twisted columns. It lasts barely an hour, then the sun climbs and it is gone.
