Twelve square kilometres of rainforest on an island in the Moa River, holding one of the highest primate densities anywhere: eleven species, among them red colobus, Diana monkey and the pygmy hippo, which moves after dark and almost nobody sees. You sleep under canvas at a camp run by the surrounding villages and get around on foot or by canoe.
