A forest of limestone blades fifty metres high, so sharp that the Malagasy name means the place where you cannot walk barefoot. You cross it in a harness on fixed cables and rope bridges strung between the pinnacles, above shaded canyons holding lemurs and chameleons found nowhere else. Reachable only in the dry season.
