Trdelník

A cylindrical pastry wound in a spiral on a wooden stick, cooked over embers and rolled in sugar with cinnamon and nuts. Often sold as "typically Prague" to tourists, it's actually of Hungarian-Slovak origin and only reached Prague in the 2000s.
