Żubrówka
A Polish vodka flavoured with a blade of bison grass gathered in the Białowieża forest, with a straw-yellow colour and an aroma of vanilla and almond. Traditionally drunk neat and ice-cold or in the "szarlotka" cocktail with apple juice.
